These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Ares188 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ares188 online gaming platform accessible at ares188.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the ares188 Platform, including but not limited to players across Malaysia, including those accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, and all other regions.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the ares188 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive-based funds credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, instant game, crash game, or any other interactive gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Users before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the ares188 website at ares188.cam, including all pages, services, games, and features accessible therein.
• "Sports Betting" means the placement of wagers on the outcome of sporting events, including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

To register an Account and use the ares188 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Ares188 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any company, organisation, or third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not have previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the ares188 Platform or any associated platform.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ares188 or any of its affiliated entities.

Ares188 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits into your account. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no hidden conversion charges applied by ares188.

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform:

• E-wallets: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (Bank Negara's real-time payment system)
• FPX Online Banking: Financial Process Exchange, available through all major Malaysian banks
• Internet Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to applicable payment method limits and Player account tier restrictions. Ares188 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the name of the ares188 account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals to GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX or direct bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day.
• Ares188 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of its AML obligations.
• Bonus Funds credited to an account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be included in a withdrawal. Real money balances (deposits and winnings not linked to bonus conditions) are generally withdrawable at any time subject to KYC.

Ares188 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free plays, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the respective promotion at the time it is offered.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to real money.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain speciality games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g. 10–20% of stakes). Slot games typically contribute 100%.
• Ares188 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, multiple account usage, or other breaches of these Terms.
• Bonuses that are claimed using a deposit made via a specific payment method may only be withdrawn via the same payment method.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ares188 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or intermediary for others.
• Systematic data extraction, scraping, or harvesting of any content from the Platform.
• Modification, adaptation, translation, or creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Any use that interferes with the integrity, performance, or availability of the Platform for other Users.

All use of the Platform must be for lawful purposes. You agree that you will not use the Platform in any manner that could give rise to civil or criminal liability or that could bring ares188 into disrepute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ares188 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using any software, tool, bot, script, or system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Conducting transactions that could be associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your payment provider after using funds on the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to accrue winnings that would not otherwise be payable.

All content on the ares188 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game content, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ares188 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted no right, title, or interest in any content on the Platform beyond the limited personal-use licence described in Section 8. Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ares188 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds calculations, or payout amounts caused by technical failure, provided that demonstrably correct results are applied upon discovery.
• Any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ares188's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Ares188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirement.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months where the balance is zero.

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via a payment method you have previously used, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

Ares188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire Malaysian player base. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that can be set or reduced at any time.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration reminders and cut-off controls.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at regular intervals informing you of session duration and net gaming activity.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Ares188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you periodically review this page to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which ares188 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and ares188, you agree to first contact our customer support team in good faith to seek resolution. The majority of account and transaction disputes can be resolved swiftly through direct communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as determined by applicable law. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ares188 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
